This notice describes the information used by OpenBuild Accounts and the Relay and Clarity applications, operated by OpenBuild Systems.
Account information
We store your name, email, verification status, sign-in method, and account activity to create and secure your account. Email passwords are stored as salted hashes. If you choose Google sign-in, we request your basic profile and email address and store your Google account identifier. Google sign-in does not give these apps access to your Gmail, Drive, contacts, or calendar.
Connected sources and insights
When you connect WhatsApp to Relay, the service processes account connection details, conversations, messages, and media needed for your inbox and the groups you choose to follow. Clarity retrieves your personal insights and source evidence through authenticated APIs. Other users do not gain access to your workspace just by creating an account.
If you enable AI analysis, relevant conversation content is sent to the configured model provider through OpenRouter to generate summaries, insights, and suggested replies. Review your source selections and AI preferences before enabling analysis. Suggested replies require your approval before sending; messages you explicitly schedule or configure through automation follow those instructions.
Service providers
These services use hosted infrastructure on Hostinger, Google for optional sign-in, a transactional email provider for account verification and recovery, and configured AI providers for optional analysis. These providers receive the information needed to perform their respective functions.
Cookies and account security
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and protect sign-in redirects. Each application has its own session. Session credentials stay in cookies inaccessible to browser scripts. You can sign out on all devices from Account & security. Password recovery links expire after 30 minutes and can only be used once.
Storage and retention
Workspace information is retained to provide your connected inbox and insights. Account security events are retained for up to 180 days. Queued account email content is encrypted and cleared after successful delivery or when delivery is abandoned. Backups may retain earlier copies until their retention period ends.
Your choices
You can choose monitored sources, adjust AI and notification preferences, revoke API keys, disconnect WhatsApp accounts, and end your sessions. For account access, correction, export, or deletion requests, contact praveen@openbuildsystems.com. Include the email associated with your account so we can verify your request.
